DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

• Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
We will review your request promptly and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
MISSING OR DELAYED PACKAGES

REFUNDS
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 business days. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
